Been watching the Google trends all morning, and i see a tremendous amount of energy towards Felix Baumgartner attempting to free-fall from 23 miles up in the air. I have to say that although i find this amazing, i have to wonder just why, anyone would want to attempt this. On another note, wonder if it is possible to listen in on the transmissions, as they communicate between "mission-control" and the air balloon that Felix will be riding in.
Another thought, wonder how the latest solar activity is going to affect him, while he is way up in the stratosphere, and where would we hook up the dipole antenna....
