Just saw this over at cb-radio.siterubix.com about the use of a CB radio while operating a motor vehicle. According to the site handsfreeinfo.com the WA state laws do not prohibit the use of a CB radio while driving. It seems that the next logical step would be to get the new iPhone CB hand microphone to use while driving.
Of course ham radio operators are exempt from this law as they provide emergency communications through the ARES organization. But we already knew that, right ?
