Solar activity

Looks like the sun is getting active again, as we spin around our closest star in the solar system. the current sunspot number is up to 153, which is a new cycle 24 record, and new spots are still popping up. The current SFI is 119. Lot's of activity on the bands today as well. Listening to Europe on 18MHZ earlirer, and now to a DXpedition down in S. America on the Turks's-caicos Islands. A rare island, that is only activated by DXpedition. They are working a BIG pileup of stations wanting to work them, luckily I got in before it went nuts.
